The tension force of the tension spring type safety valve should generally not exceed 2000 kilograms. Because the tension spring is too large and too hard, it is not suitable for accurate operation.
Pulse safety valve: The pulse safety valve consists of a main valve and an auxiliary valve. The main valve and auxiliary valve are connected together, and the pulse effect of the auxiliary valve drives the main valve to operate. According to the ratio of the large opening height of the safety valve disc to the valve seat diameter, it can be divided into: micro opening type: the opening height of the valve disc is 1/20~1/10 of the valve seat diameter. Due to the small opening height, the requirements for the structure and several shapes of this valve are not as strict as those of the full opening type. Planning, manufacturing, repair, and experimentation are relatively convenient, but the power is lower.
Open type: The opening height of the valve disc is 1/4~1/33 of the valve seat diameter. According to the structure of the safety valve body, it can be divided into ⑴ fully closed type: when discharging the medium, it does not leak out, but all is discharged through the secretion tube. Semi enclosed: When discharging the medium, one part is discharged through the secretion tube, and the other part leaks outward from the joint between the valve cover and valve stem. Open type: When discharging the medium, it is not directed to the outside and is directly secreted by the valve disc.
