In many CVT transmissions, valve body problems usually result in codes such as pressure switch B problems/sensor problems. These are all valve body problems, as the operating life of the valve body and valve channel plunger is relatively thin. Therefore, during the 80000-100000 operating distance, the plunger will have a gap with the valve channel wall, unable to distribute oil pressure correctly, leading to a high incidence of valve body problems.
When the appearance photo of the gearbox was opened, it was found that there were large pieces of iron filings and residue on the oil pan. It can be concluded that there is severe damage inside the gearbox, and the wear of the friction plates will affect the smoothness of the gearbox shifting operation. The frequency of application of the forward clutch is high, and the torque is high, which will exacerbate its wear.
